Being able to lose 10 kg quickly is a great way to look better, feel better and boost your self-confidence. While there are many ways to lose weight fast, learning how to lose it healthily increases your chances of not gaining weight again.

By reducing the intake of certain foods, following a special diet, and exercising daily, you can significantly reduce your fat percentage within a few weeks.


Eliminate processed foods. This includes sugary drinks such as cola, fruit juices, energy drinks, etc. Eliminate the sugar that you add to your coffee. Stop eating fatty foods, as well as foods that are too sweet, such as candy or cookies.

Substitute ice water for all your drinks. The body has to work harder to digest ice water because of its low temperature. This helps the body to burn a few extra calories each time you drink it. Water also helps cleanse the body of toxins.

Drink at least 10 glasses of water (250 ml per glass) every day for a month. Avoid using sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially apples and citrus fruits. These accelerate the burning of fatty masses. Avoid buying canned food. These contain high amounts of sodium and sugars, which can prevent your body from losing weight and reducing your body fat.

Eat lots of whole grains. Substitute wholemeal bread for white bread. Replace the white pasta with whole grain pasta and the white rice with brown rice or wild rice. Buy whole grains and granola bars.

Buy skimmed or semi-skimmed milk. Consume it rather than whole milk. Use skim milk to make low fat smoothies, to have your cereal or your coffee.

Buy lean meat such as boneless, skinless chicken breast. Buy turkey instead of beef.

Eat several small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 large meals a day. Eating small meals throughout the day keeps the metabolism working all the time. It also reduces your appetite.

Limit your calorie intake to 1,500 calories per day for a month. Also watch the amount of fat you eat. Eat no more than 30 grams of fat per day.


Exercise daily, 6-7 days a week. Do cardiovascular exercise for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.

Lift weights for 30 minutes after each cardiovascular exercise session. Do different weight lifting exercises to work the biceps, triceps, pecs, latissimus, anterior and posterior deltoids.

Do squats and pushups 3-4 times a week after lifting the arm weights. Developing leg muscles is imperative because the more leg muscles are developed, the more calories you burn.


By trying to lose more than 10 kg in a month, you increase the chances of gaining weight again. To lose weight in a healthy way, give yourself more time.
